increased thirst,increased frequency of urination,dryness of mouth,increased apetite,delayed healing of ulcers,especially varicose ulcers.
diabetes causes decreased libido[sex drive],polyneuropathy [due to nerve involvement],lassitude[weakness]
as we know micro angiopathy,thickening and progressive occlusion of bloodvessels lead to herat attack ,stroke .so diabetes should not be ignored.


Pathology of diabetes mellitus-

microangiopathy  and macroangiopathy are the hallmark of D.M.diabetes. D.M produce thickening ultimately occlusion oof bloodvessels. Main lesions are in retina,kidneys,heart[lead to CAD,heart attack]
